We make our tortillas in house, we cook on mesquite wood logs, and we make the best high quality hand crafted margaritas. In addition our owner Mariano Martinez invented the frozen margarita machine that is such an icon of American culture that it now resides in the Smithsonian National Museum of American History in Washington D.C.
